V-Day Shenanigans

So, after work yesterday I drove over to satyr_mi's sister's place and we had dinner. Keith had been there for a while playing DDR with them already by the time I got there. His brother in law did the cooking (chicken parm) and it was a very nice dinner. Then we had Carvel ice-cream cake. The chocolate one was so so good. We need to get us one of those some day. After dinner and tv and Carvel, we went home. satyr_mi wanted to stop at Meijer and get me a present (and cheap chocolate), but my pesky sense of financial responsibility (as mutable as it is at times) made me say no. :-p The thought counts more anyway. :-) He watched some Little House on the Prairie when we got home and I played a quick mission in City of Heroes. I can now call that one contact and will be able to start work on my final contact for the level.

Still annoyed about the level 38 SO enhancement I got for my story arc. :-p So not useful to me yet. Difficult slider is nice, but story-arc rewards being appropriate to my character level is a plus.

Tonight is D&D night. Should be fun. But for now must deal with phones of death at work. x_X
