Food for the day:

Breakfast:
Turkey sandwich with some baked lays added to it for crunchy factor.
Small glass of skim milk.
Small glass of orange juice.
Banana.

Snack:
20 oz Diet Pepsi ($1)

Lunch:
Container of leftover pasta/chicken dish from last night
Sandwich baggie of Baked Lays
Snack baggie of baby carrots
20 oz Diet Pepsi ($1)

Dinner:
Serving of leftover pasta
3 breadsticks
1 glass of diet pepsi
1 chewey granola bar (oatmeal raisin)
