...that it stops being shock value after the billionth time.

Seeing very bloody individuals in the wake of a bombing fairly consistently on CNN has really weakened the effect of the image. Try something new, folks.

You'd think they never heard of desensitizing their audience. ~_~ Who knows, maybe they really want people to not care... o_o

That's interesting because I always felt the news doesn't show ENOUGH gore to American audiences. They show a little but if they went all out, I feel that Americans would be far less insulated.

I think a lot if it might also be that we get a lot of it in tv shows and movies. As it is, when I wrote this, I had just looked at a scene on CNN.com and sorta was surprised by how much I was like "eh, whatever" in regards to it.
