The Weather Outside: can kiss my fat ass. It took me 80 minutes to get to work today. It normally takes me 20 to 30. I am not amused.
Angel: Good episode, overall. There are some problems I'm noticing in the show, though... Maybe I got spoiled on Season 1... The camera positioning has, well, sucked in the Hotel scenes. The writing has sorta sucked, but some characters have improved a lot. Cordy's lines in last night's episode rocked. Connor in the last two episodes has been... um... how to put this... pathetic? Part of me knows it's not just the writing with that kid, though. The actor is not Whedonverse quality, in my opinion.
Wes is starting to turn back into the former watcher he used to be. He's stronger, less idealistic, but he's starting to walk back into the light. That's pretty cool.
Faith is still showing some cracks. I don't think she has recovered as well as she put on from her time in prison. The resolve is there. The desire to be good. The rage is still there, though. And it's starting to show.
Can't wait til next week.
My Bank Account: is finally caught up with my spreadsheet. :-p Actually, it's ahead now. My school loan payment went through. (mental note, mark date on spreadsheet). I'm definitely cutting things close right now... This could be problematic... I'll get together some of the change at home and make a deposit. Not all the change, but some. Just enough to ease my worries, as it were.
Gaming: needs to happen more often. I need free time. That is not likely to happen anytime soon. :-p Ah well, I'll live.lisastall has gaming summary goodness to be read by others if they would like to.
