Sleep Oddness:
I went to bed at a decent time last night, but somehow managed to seriously oversleep from when I wanted to wake up. I'm not sure how that happened.

Buffy:
As I've said already, last nights episode was very good. I really liked it. It apparently confused the fuck out of [livejournal.com profile] griffonisrex, but that could be because he hasn't been watching it at all this season. :-p

Caleb is annoying. He could seem scarier. I guess he would be more sinister if he were shorter... Weird, I know, but true. Throwing Buffy around like a limp rag doll is old hat (read: Glory) so wasn't too impressed with that. Backstory so far is cool on him.

Spike and Andrew going on about bloomin' onions was amusing. Albeit, Spike looked very strange on the motorcycle. And his voice sounded totally wrong. Big part of that is the wind, but I almost think they should have dubbed his voice back over it because his accent was completely different in that scene.

Buffy needs to stop being in Panic Mode. Faith has been more mellow than Buffy. True, Faith always has been relaxed gal, but she's got levels of calm that Buffy can't even imagine right now. This is why the gang kicking Buffy out was a Good Thing™. She's never been this pig-headed about fighting. Ever. Not even when Glory had Dawn.

Yes, in one sense it was a very Bad Idea for the team to throw Buffy out, but Buffy needed it. She needed to know that what she was doing is not ok. Yes, the Potentials are going to pay a high price for this, but I think either way it had gone they would have anyway. Now, with what Andrew and Spike have found, however, Buffy has the ability to claim a part of the Slayer legacy that she would not have been able to if she had dragged everyone to the Vineyard as she wanted to.

Having read Tales of the Slayers and seeing what Fray's Scythe looks like, I can't wait to see how they built it for the show. It needs to kick all sorts of ass.

Everything this week was set up for next week. It's sorta reminding me of Graduation Day for some reason. Mainly because of the "end of the world sexcapades" feel of next week. Of course, the only "end of the world sexcapades" that happened for Graduation were Willow/Oz, but it was a Big Thing at the time.

Angel:
It's not pre-empted tonight! Yeesh. Silly me. I was looking at channel 50's lineup for tonight yesterday. :-p This means we get to watch Jasmine finally get her ass kicked to the curb. Yay! So, after shopping/eating/whatever tonight we can have good old fashioned Angel watchage!

Ok. Enough for this morning. More later!

I still think the actor playing Caleb is cute, yeah I'm tired of the "let's toss Buffy around" (I ponder where they put the troll hammer) I'm glad that Josh let the actors from Firefly get a chance at the parts.

I really liked it when Andrew tried to play bad cop. {laughing}
