Cleaning sadness
The mess has already restarted. Must nip this in the bud. Especially since I cleaned off the dining room table to use it as, well, a dining room table. :-p
My goal is to have the following rooms clean and have them remain clean:
Living Room
Dining Room
Kitchen
Hallway
My Bathroom
This means I must:
-not leave food plates and glasses on the coffee table, especially since the kittens have proven to
eligrrl and I that they are more than willing to hop up to try a new tasty snack that gets left there.
-clean up after projects (not necessarily hide from view, but don't leave laying about) that aren't completed so that I don't have an urge to stick big trays of food on top of open computer cases.
-clean the remaining rooms on this list that have not been done yet (my bathroom and kitchen, although I could nicely ask
satyr_mi to do the kitchen. =^_^=)
-vacuum on a regular basis (every couple days would be a good idea)
-find the attachments to the vacuum cleaner that are missing right now so that I can use them to vacuum the linoleum
-conscript the roomies help in keeping above said things done as well (although, he won't ever have to clean my bathroom, he's got his own to deal with)
So, why do I want these things done? Simple! I want to have company over and I would like for them to not have to feel like they're doing the obstacle course from American Gladiators to get around in the apartment.
