Monday Update

Well, now that I'm all rested (not) and feeling much less someone who spent the last 6 hours deflating helium balloons...

Loopy Behaviors:
So, my crazy behavior was not limited to work. :-p Got home, was very tired, decided I wanted to watch Chicago. I wanted to lay down for a minute first. So I got ready for bed, climbed in to bed, and promptly decided I wanted pizza. So, I slowly wandered into the living room and, in my best 4 year old mentality voice, asked satyr_mi for permission to order a pizza. :-p

No, I don't know why I asked for permission. :-p I just did. :-p

So, got myself a cheese pizza and got him a chicken pizza. Both smalls. Popped Chicago into my computer to watch it in my room since he was watching TV in the living room, and enjoyed me some Chicago. Managed to refrain from singing along, too.

Shopping:
I need to pick up cat food today. Probably should pick up some cat litter, too. Probably should get some more soap. Need to take bottles back from work. Need to buy some candy for work so I can torture my supervisor with chocolate. Thinking of buying eggs. I think I need to buy milk, so just in case I'll do that as well.

I know there are other things I need/want to get... Pasta stuff... Don't think I need actual pasta, though... Need to figure out some dinner alternative type things. Not that I remember what I've been eating of late... o_o

Actually, I might buy some ravioli, as it's been a while since we've had any of that.

I feel like I'm about to hit a domestic spending spree... This could be bad... :-p

Gaming and Stuff:
I really hope that templar_rose gets his game going soon again. I'm optimistic, hence my post under lisastall, but I'm not sure who all will be there. Hoping for the good folks and praying the dead weight stays away. The problem is, 90% of the players are awesome, so this could get tricky. :-p

Enjoying satyr_mi's game. He seems to think my character is a little disconnected from the rest of them, which is kinda amusing. This character isn't supposed to be the one who solves intellectual problems. He's an Ahroun. Yes, he's a Law student at UofM, but knowledge of human Law versus supernatural Lore are two totally different things. I do sort of agree that he's not connecting that much to other characters, but I don't think it's necessarily a problem. satyr_mi brought up the fact that he's a smart ass in regards to most of the NPCs. That would because he can't stand Jeremiah and that smug Spirit annoyed him. He's fine with Douglas. He's fine with Jennifer. He's fine with Daniel (Oops, meant William there). Not sure how he'll be with she-of-the-ever-changing-name (currently known as Mariah, since Deborah Gonzalez just didn't flow). Guess we'll find out next session!

I want to write up things for my D&D campaign world. I really do. It's stuck in my head, and every now and then something tries to spew forth, but nothing ever really comes of it. Maybe I can use LJ (and one of my gazillion codes from 3 years of paid accounts [2 for jdotmi and 1 for lisastall]) to put it up. Mebbe. Thinking about it.
