So, I decided to make a bigger, more technical post, about my latest City of Heroes fixation, Hidden Justice. The three cuts below feature her statistics as filled out in CoH Planner.

These are her current stats. I can solo, to an extent, with this build, but I do much better in groups. I keep resisting the urge to pick up Psychic Scream the next time I level because I have so many team building powers to get first. As it is, in a large group (my favorite kind) I rarely have the time or END to attack. I'm a bit busy using Siphon Power and Transfusion. In smaller groups, I get to blast some, but Psionic Lance and Mental Blast seem to be enough blasting between debuffing and healing.

This is my initial plan to get to 24. I'm going to be fairly group dependent the entire time. The last two powers are being taken solely for use during the Respec Trial. Repel may be useful in the Reactor, unless we have a Bubbler with us, in which case I'll just ignore the power. Inertial Reduction will get me through Terra Volta to the reactor in the first place. Originally, I had planned on continuing this build to 32, but then I realized that I should just respec as soon as I planned on nabbing Super Speed in the new build, since I will be dropping Siphon Speed and Inertial Reduction.

I lose my vertical movement at this point, but that's okay. My team buffs improve significantly at this point. My damage potential goes up a lot as well. SL 26 will bring me Transference, SL 28 will bring me Stamina, SL 30 will bring me back Will Domination, SL 32 will bring the almighty Fulcrum Shift, SL 35 will bring me Stealth, and SL 38 will give me Psychic Wail. I am as yet undecided on an Ancilliary pool or any other powers from the primary and secondary. Given time, I'll figure it out.
