City of Distractions

*sigh* City of Heroes latest free update is launching today (Issue 13). My account's not active, and I'm still in heavy WoW addiction mode, so I suppose that will help console me with my lack of city playing. There's new costume stuff I want and new powersets and some other really nice things I want to try out, but ah well. For now I shall endure with the WoW addiction. Really. I will.

*coughs*

I ran two instances last night in WoW, actually. Drak'Tharon Keep had some really fun boss fights, once we figured out what was what with them. And there was an awesome little lore event at the end if you're on the quest lines for the dungeon. We also went and smacked Gundrak a bit. I do like that we run into the Lich King a lot. Sometimes we win, sometimes he wins, but it feels better than never running in to the supposed big bad of the expansion (Illidan, I'm looking at you) until you raid his home and kill him. :-p

Well, time to focus more on work, since it keeps distracting me from LJ. 1 hour later and this gets posted. :-p
