Strangeness (The Friends List)
I would rename it to "journals I read regularly", but LJ won't let me. Annoyage.
Anyrate, I cleared off a few names from the list. They are all saved and because I do intend to read them. Every time I edit my friends list I make a private post containing the contents of the list before I start working.
I'm just finding that, more and more, I wind up skimming far too much. There are some people who it works better when I read them in batches. I don't know why, it just does. And then I wind up re-friending them and wind up skimming again. It's a vicious cycle.
If you have me on your friends list, I do read your journal. I usually check people out on it that I don't have friended once every other week. And I don't post friends-only posts, so, trust me, you're not missing anything. Well, ok, I do post friends-only when it involves personal-information of people. Phone numbers, addresses, etc.
So, yeah, that word.

I know what you mean about the batch thing. Sometimes you don't get the full story (and thus the entires don't make sense) unless you read a journal in a series of entries. That's also why I'll occasionally post responses to people months after the entry was made hehe. =)
