Tuesday Morning Update

Cleaning:
Bedroom is done. Need to finish straigtening my desk, though. Bathroom tub needs a scrubbing. Toilet needs a scrubbing. Then my rooms are done. Then it's on to the hallway and other rooms.

Final Fantasy:
I'm in Chapter 5 of X-2 now. Working on getting my completions done so I can nab me a Mascot dressphere. Then it's off to kill shit leading up to the final batlle! =^_^=

Then it's new game+ time to have all sorts of fun getting stuff. There's an Al Bhed primer that I discovered is not possible for me to get with the things I've done. You can't get it and save O'aka from debt at the same time. Sillyness ensues.

The game is fun. It's very fast, but it's fun. I suppose I should qualify "very fast". A lot is going on, so it's easy to keep playing it for long periods of time without stopping. I'm 45 hours into the game and I've probably got another 15 to 20 hours worth of things to do to get 100% on my first run-through.

Ok. Time to do work.

I'm still in mid-chapter 2. I just picked up the Alchemist dress sphere. But I totally see what you're saying about the speed. Unlike in FFX, I don't feel the need to run around leveling up. I do it occasionally, but mostly just when going between areas rather than using the airship (Mi'hen Highroad, Machalania Woods, Thunder Plains, etc).

The Alchemist is my friend. x_x

Although, it's fairly distressing to see her Mastery percentage in the low 40's when she only has two abilities left to learn... (currently learning a 400 AP ability on her).

I have been going through the "events" to get percentage points done, then going back to the beginning and running around doing the PR/Marriage missions from the Calm Lands. Gets me lots and lots of experience (and skills!) doing that.

Heh. Game progress is going fine. Cleaning could be better. Would help if I weren't so mad at myself for letting it get to the point it is at now. :-p
