An Update! An Update!

Turkey Day Goodies:
We had a pretty good Thanksgiving.lilacmoon5 and her husband came over and we had turkey and mashed potatos and stuffing and biscuits and corn and other stuff. Um. Cranberry sauce, but I don't eat that. Um. That may have been it. We also had apple pie, and managed to NOT burn it this year! We played some Werewolf, and I got incredibly tired and toddled off to bed at around 9 or 9:30. Slept all night, too.
Black Friday:
I opted to do something fairly stupid. I had bought The Sims: Making Magic, but the disk I got was damaged. So, I decided to exchange it at Comp USA. On the day after Thanksgiving.
STUPID!
Actually, it wasn't that bad. I figured it would take me, all told, an hour and a half to get it done and get home. Turns out, I was right. 30 minutes or so to get there (normal), 10 minutes to park (way abnormal), 20 minutes to get through 6 people at the customer service desk (what the fuck??), and 30 minutes to get home (normal).
Speaking Of:
It's fun! Ok, it's the same as always, but with cool little tricks ripped pretty much straight out of any childrens fantasy novel ever written. :-p I played with the Goths, they just had a baby, as soon as he turns into a little kid, Cassandra will be performing the "Age of Instant" charm to get out of the hell that is school work. Then she can torment her little brother to no end. =^_^=
Made myself a nice gay magic couple for Magic Town. They're still in the process of building their house, which I have decided royally sucks, but I'm going to make the suffer through it anyway. Oh well. I may move the Goths out of the old neighborhood and into Magic Town, but I'm more interested in having new families there.
Final Fantasy X-2:
Um. Hehe. I'm a lil far in this... All three girls are 99th level and I'm in the process of doing the 100 floor dungeon. I'm in the 70's somewhere. Floor 80 boss is going to suck. Floor 100 boss is totally going to suck. At some point during this, I'm hoping to get at least Yuna all of the Blue Bullet skills. The problem is, she is my Cat Nip + Trigger Happy Lv3 gal. The others haven't worked on Gunner at all. And I really really need that Cat Nip + Trigger Happy attack bombshell going. Potion + Start Curtain mix is a godsend, only reason that Level 60 boss didn't eat me for breakfast. Well, after the first three times he kicked my ass. Of course, all that did was keep Paine and Rikku alive long enough to Phoenix Down Yuna every time she died so she could Cat Nip her way to victory. I am NOT looking forward to running into that thing as a wandering monster later in the temple. Not One Bit.
Ok. Now that I'm done complaining about that. :-p
Time to get back to work.
