Interestingly enough, it cuts off at that point. :-p There may very well be more 10's after that, but the world will never know. I did not include syndicated feeds in this list, although they do appear on the list.

Edit to add: This list defaults to not showing users who are actually on your Friends list. :-p So y'all ain't there. :-p

Well it defaults to not including users on your friend's list, so of course you wouldn't make it. :-p
