Drug Resistance:
Due to the cold that I got immediately after my allergies kicked in, I am finding that, once again, most antihistamines are doing jack and shit in that order to my sinuses. Claritin? Doesn't clear me up. Oh it helps... barely... Sudafed? HAH! Don't make me laugh. Well, okay, make me laugh, but don't be hurt when I tell you that you're fucked up in the head in a bad way. I should probably try out Benadryl again, since I haven't had it in ages.
So, I sit here, supposedly medicated, but if you asked my sinuses they would tell you that the parade is in full swing. :-p Stupid sinuses. I should just have a tiny vacuum hose attached to them to drain them every 20 minutes or so. :-p
Moving Stuff:
Helpedcarebear_flare move into his dorm room last night. Despite a few hiccups and what not it went pretty well. He did forget a couple things, but I was way tired and was starting to get cranky by the end so there was no going back for those things. :-p I met his dad, who seemed like a decent guy. He reminds me of my Uncle Wes, oddly enough. Just much shorter. Then again, almost everyone is shorter than my Uncle Wes. He is 6'7" after all.
Unfortunately, due to not eating and being tired I was starting to get cranky, but didn't mean to. :-\
Home Improvement:
satyr_mi and I were watching HGTV last night. :-p Well, okay, he was watching it and I joined. It's far too amusing. We so want a house. Just need to get another income running in our household and we'll be set.
Shopping Stuff:
Holding off on WoD 2.0 stuff. Apparently the general consensus on things is the core book is decent, but Vampire sucks Shrub testicles. May buy season 2 of Voyager, but I want to be a little more comfortable with our finances before doing that. Too close to rent being due and a new month of bills to be doing anything like that. I do need to go to Meijer on my way home from work today. Kitties need more food and fresh kitty litter. My bathtub is in serious need of a drain-o. Our kitchen is in serious need of food that is not ramen or some other pasta based concoction. And our loaf of bread is now three weeks old and in serious need of replacing.
Gaming Stuff:
My only new thing with gaming this weekend is I so want something to eat that is not pasta this weekend. :-p
Final Fantasy X:
Didn't get to play last night. Was too tired. And was talking for a few hours withsatyr_mi, which was very nice. :-)
I spent a lot of my downtime between calls/callbacks yesterday reading more gamefaqs stuff. :-p At this point, I'm going to have all of CB!'s guides memorized by the time I finish futzing around in FFX. :-p
Well, back to work. It's late enough in the day that I can start calling California stores with a reasonable chance of someone actually answering the damn phone. :-p
