For those not in the know, Case Summaries are the one-line description of problems we enter into our ticketing system for our stores. We can typically see the first few words of them when searching cases.

So, the Case Summary of the Day:

"Mouse Balls - Sticking"

Well, you do stare at all of our cases on a fairly regular basis, so this would not surprise me if you were right. :-p

they do they do....and half the women at my office keep cans of it in their desk. Polyester gets it so often you know...and they also sometimes use it in their hair

I am serious.....they use it for both clothing and hair...because you know those pentacostal hairdos in Texas (The higher the hair, the closer to god) really do get a lot of static cling
