Stock Options

I just exercised stock options.

I am suitably freaked. :-p

Hopefully this helps us for the next couple weeks. Of course, they're sending me a check so who knows when it will arrive.

You'll probably be pleasantly surprised--I've exercised options twice, and was impressed at how quickly the check came.

Of course, doing my taxes was a bitch the next April...

It comes prett quick, but they take a good chunk out for taxes, too. Though I think the site now gives an esitmate of what that after-tax amount will be.

Yeah it does. It tells you how much you lose in fees and taxes. It was really really easy and kinda cool, although they keep a stupidly huge amount out in fees.
