New toy to play with. Glad to see they don't have the "Friends" fubar. They call it a "Reading Page" by default! And I can read someone without giving them access to my protected posts.

I'm crossposting to LJ, because honestly, there's nothing I have on LJ that I would care if the public knows about. Seriously. It's not a big deal. It's just that the people running LJ are morons at the moment.

Paid accounts are expensive here, though, so I'll have to think about that one for a bit.

In less exciting news, I woke up at 5:10 this morning. I have to be out the door no later than 5:30. Guess who hasn't had breakfast yet? x_x

I really like what they're doing here. Making is a non-profit is smart. Also, I don't know if you noticed this, but they give you the ability to sort what you want to read: journals, feeds, communities or all.

Wait until your paid account runs out - but I think the payment is pretty much the same. Of course, I always bought the extra icons package.

heh, I hope your drive in was good. Mine was soggy as I thought it would be just spiffy yesterday to leave my driver-side window cracked. :P

Actually I have a free account. I used an invite code to join. They have one available for all people who had VOX accounts (VOX is closing this month), so I went ahead and used it.

And I walked outside this morning to light sprinkles in Whitmore Lake, got to Ann Arbor and said "what the fuck, my umbrella is at HOME!"

Dreamwidth is okay. It obviously has some growing to do, but it crossposts here automatically if you set it up. The customization options leave something to be desired, though.

I've read a lot about Being Human. I really do need to check that on eout.
