I've got things to do!!

Okay, so, like, yesterday I was supposed to be all good and domestic and make my apartment more presentable for everyone showing up on Saturday (which is now a scary number of people, I'm just sayin') and I did very very little of it.

If any of y'all see me online tonight before 10pm eastern time, tell me to go clean my house. :-p Seriously. It shouldn't take me more than two hours to get everything presentable, and I know there are things I'll be doing tomorrow when I get home and I'll do my vacuuming Saturday morning, but still.

Someday I shall have to kill rubicontiger. Really. He got me addicted to something that should not be named. IT IS ENTIRELY HIS FAULT. I may be gay, but I'm not THAT gay.

Anyrate. Monday I'll take the Xbox in and be all "OH HAI, REPAIR PLZ don't lose my saved games".

I'm ready for my vacation now. Really.

Apparently Daniel does not like being off his meds. Or off his food. One of the two. *sigh*

It's scary. It's about as deep as a kiddie pool, but I can't stop watching it (we Tivo'd it on MTV last year, and it's been sitting no my PC until we figure out how best to burn it to dvd)

Time - can you plan for a day off between now and January 13-18, 2009?

Money - tickets will range from $30-68 Pick a day and time - we can try to assemble a group (can we assemble 20 people or more? Maybe so between the 2 of us) and a 10% discount depending on where you'd want to sit... save your pennies?

I just signed up for their eclub to get any presale info or discounts if possible :)

I can't justify the cost to go see a show, even with discounts, with our budget the way it is right now. Heh. Maybe once Keith has been working for a few weeks and we see how our budget is looking with his income I can reconsider, but I sorta get stuck on the "we have car repair problems and too many bills" right now. (The car stuff coming up is really the big problem, otherwise I wouldn't be worried at all.)

I will likely have to take a week off of work in January since it's not looking like my last week of vacation time will be used before then. Barring a release date for Wrath of the Lich King being announced before that.

Sorry to hear about the 360. For a system that has such great games it really is a piece of crap isn't it? One of the most badly designed pieces of hardware around.

Here's to hoping that they realize this and make the next Xbox a solid machine. Our PS3 is an amazing piece of technology.

My first machine was just all borked after a while. Would lose the Hard drive from time to time, and a few other oddities. So far this Pro seems to be OK -- knock on cat ... erm ... wood. He didn't like that.
