Posting for a New Month

Boy have I been bad about updating this thing or what? Heh. Well, let's play catch-up, shall we?

Turkey Day was very good. Actually went out to dinner twice last week. Tuesday for satyr_mi's brother-in-law's birthday, and then Thursday for Turkey Day. Way too much food consumed both days. x_x But it was good food, so I'm not complaining too much.

Still 80 in WoW. Cuz, ya know, gotta wait for an expansion and all that. Got my Priest up to 65 so she can max her tradeskills out. My Death Knight is 63. And I'm thinking I may do an alt-of-the-day phase this month. When I'm not questing on Letalli or doing instances anyway.

This past weekend I went to visit my Mom (aunt) cuz my Grandma (not related to me) was down here for Thanksgiving. I made them lunch and everything. Crack-pasta, for those in the know. It was a big hit. Especially since Mom didn't have to cook. :)

Let's see, the rest of November was fun. Not sure what all I posted on. Went to a Wii Bowling party early in the month, then I sorta went into my own lil WoW-world once Wrath of the Lich King was released.

I watched the entirety of True Blood's first season. Really. I'm doing it again. Really. It's that good of a show.

Well, time to get back to work. Hopefully I'll be more regular on updates here. ;)

Ryan Kwanten is so not my type. He's not horrible to look at, and he is single handedly keeping the shows wardrobe budget down, but still. Now, Sam Trammell and Stephen Moyer are a bit more of my type. And sorta Alexander Skarsgård, but not so much.

Actually the funny thing is that I joke about him. OK Jason is a country boy, ex-HS jock who drinks all the time and yet he has a body that is obviously sculpted by experts and a gym. He just doesn't physically make sense for the part -- I think it was a miscast for sure. He had to be good looking and a woman's man, yes, but a Greek God? No.

Haven't watched the last episode yet, have it DVR'd and waiting for us. Curious how they wrapped it up, as much as season finales wrap things up at any rate.

Oh, ya know, they wrap it up with a cliffhanger. Just like every other episode of the series.

But it's a damn good episode. And it neatly ties up the major threads from the season, leaving just enough hanging to make me go I HAVE TO WAIT HOW LONG FOR NEW EPISODES???
