Pseudorandom Updates

jdotmiThe light in our kitchen went out. Now, normally this isn't a huge deal, right? Well, the complex installed these massive flourescent lights in the kitchens when they "renovated" the apartments, so that means I have to call them and have them come and change the lightbult. I know, right? So cooking dinner tonight was fun, needless to say.
I made some Apple-Walnut muffins last night that didn't quite rise. Something about discovering that our baking soda expired in 2006 and so I wasn't about to put it in the mix or whatever. Despite a lack of rising, they were fantastic and didn't survive the group breakfast that Keith's department had this morning.
I have two cats sleeping in a pile of clean laundry on my bed. I really should just put the clothing away, but I suspect that if I did I'd wake up with a kitty hit squad in my face.
Well, that's all the random things I can think of to put up right now. Oh, yeah, Facebook. Addictive lil bugger, and I have it set up so it should automagically yank this post as soon as it hits LiveJournal. I think. Maybe. If not, oh well.
