Hello to wicked_wish! I've been sorta kinda maybe following her journal on my Friend's Friends page and decided I may as well add her to my Friend's page so I don't miss out on anything.

Even if her silly publisher is telling people to order her book from THE ENEMY!!! (*coughs*)

;-) I work for Borders, what can I say! Company loyalty and all that!

(of course, if they were to order from Amacrap, they should do it via the borders.com portal anyway so that my employer gets a cut of Amazon's sale :-p Of course, seeing as how Amathong is being doofusy and thinking the book isn't in print, eh, oh well)

Oh, yeah, she's published! Four and Twenty Blackbirds is her book. The cover shot is better on Amazon's site, but B&N at least says it's in print.

Ok ok enough babbling by me. It's 7:30am, I've been up since 7:15am yesterday, and I'm ready to go home now. Ok I was ready to go home about 8 hours ago, but that's beside the point.

hello and welcome to you as well, kind sir!
the book is in FACT in print, but apparently the advance orders
have gotten out of hand enough that amazon won't list us until the
distributers catch up. barnes/nobles has no such compunction ;-)

on the one hand it's nice to be "hot" and sold out everywhere...
but it's still a problem. another print run is on its way and there will be more...
