Nifty LJ Goodies:
http://www.livejournal.com/stats/latest.bml --- View the headlines of the latest posts made on LJ. Very cool! (I even saw [livejournal.com profile] gaelicbrigitte in there when I looked!)

Sleep Deprivation:
I got a lot of sleep last night. Managed to wake up at a decent hour this morning too. Actually had time to relax before flying out the door to come to work. Of course, I had ulterior motives for getting up...

Playstation:
FINAL FANTASY!!!! *BOUNCES*

Bought Final Fantasy Origins last night. Played part of Final Fantasy this morning. Ok, I leveled up once and bought spells and started the first quest. Big whoop. I'm being a boob and playing it in Easy mode, basically cuz I want to see them wind up with a bazillion spells. :-p I've got my Fighter (Jareth), Monk (Wren), White Mage (Tia), and Black Mage (Jarez). It shall be a grand adventure!!! Or something. After I blow through it I'll do a Normal difficulty game with a Fighter, Thief, White Mage, and Red Mage.

I like the new graphics! I do miss the old 8bit glory, but I don't think I could really stand that on a playstation for longer than 10 minutes. I can deal with the SNES style graphics, but, eh, I dunno about anything else.

Gaming:
Game day is Sunday. I hope that people get there early. Seriously. If people don't get there early I am going to have a cow. People complained that they had to wait for game to start last week and that's why they came late. Well, hello, nutfucker, THAT'S WHY YOU HAD TO WAIT! If people actually showed up EARLY the game would have started. [livejournal.com profile] templar_rose was ready before you all sauntered in the door. Yeah he was in bed, but he was ready, damnit! :-p

Alone Time:
I've been hanging out this week, but not nearly as much as I did the last two weeks. Reason being I'm starting to have social overload going. I like spending nice quiet time alone at home with my cats. Plus the entire catching up on sleep bit. If I didn't have a hellacious schedule like I do now I'd be much more willing to hang out on a regular basis, but I really need decompression time.

Purity Tests:
I wound up 50.24999999999999999% pure according that purity test everyone seems to be passing around right now. One of these days I'll sit down and take the 2000 point test at armory.com or wherever it was.

You know what the greatest change about FF1 is the fact that after an enemy is killed, the party will target other monsters.

That used to PISS me off when I'd kill something and a character would waste a turn swinging on empty air.

God yes! I still target different enemies out of habit, though. :-p

I never like the AI's choices of who to target next.

And of course

Just to add to the stress levels, Ed and I are not going to make it to game this week. We've got his parents' birthday party to go to on Sunday.

With the way schedules are all going kaflooey right now I'm not sure if I'm going to make it to game this week. :-p

Heck, I fully expect 3/4 of the people to not come until after he takes Adrianna home. That will be annoying.

It's contagious, isn't it?

Yeah, it sucks. I couldn't help but notice that he included Jimmy in the list. Hee hee, fun.
Eat up, Lisa!

Sorry to be so downcast about the whole thing. I somehow doubt he'd show anyway, but we can't make it because of the plans Ed made for Sunday, anyhow.
