Monday Morning Update

Sleep:
Due to not having worked this weekend, my body was very confused. As such, even though I was sleepy-ish, I didn't wind up being able to sleep until almost midnight last night. Needless to say, I so did not want to wake up this morning. I did, but, eh, woulda been happier staying in bed. x_x

!Gaming:
Went over to visit Scott yesterday, since he's moving very very far away in the nearish future and I'm going to miss him lots when he does. We went out to eat at Fuddruckers (which just sounds obscene) and played some Bushido Blade (silly game) and some Super Smash Brothers Melee. Much fun was had with that. Especially when we started doing team coin battles and started seriously thwomping the opposition (cpu level 4 opponents).

Because of this trip, I did not wind up going to game. Apparently, it turned out that there wasn't much game to not go to, but that's all good. I did leave semi-earlyish from his place (since the time I stayed there til 2am one day, anything before midnight is early). Got home at around 7:00.

Keith decided he wanted season 4 of Star Trek: The Next Generation and forced me to go to Borders with him to get it. ;-) Ok, so forced isn't quite the right word. Slightly guilt-tripped may be. :-p So we went and go it and went home and watched part 2 of The Best of Both Worlds and then played some Super Smash Brothers Melee and then I tried to go to bed.

More Buffy Wrapup:
Did I mention I had a really good time having friends over and watching Buffy on Saturday? I don't think I've said it enough. I had a really fun time. We didn't make it through all the episodes we were going to watch, but we did watch quite a bit. And people had lots of fun it seems. We didn't even make it to Season 3 (and therefore VampWillow in Leather) before people left. brigittefires stayed the night on the couch and left for templar_rose's place for gaming (which, as earlier stated, didn't really happen) on Sunday morning. Still, much fun was had.

I went a little overboard on the beverage front. I had about 7 2 liters of soda, 2 quarts of lemonade, 2 quarts of strawberry-kiwi kool aid, the gatorade Keith had in the fridge, and water. I think we only emptied 1 or maybe 2 of the 2 liters. And dianak had brought a 2 liter of coke since she didn't know if I would have that or not. (she only drinks coke) Well, I did have one, so, heh, yeah. More soda. :-p

I still have a good chunk of chocolate pudding in the fridge too. :-p I had made a chocolate pudding pie and a regular thing of chocolate pudding. Only the pie got demolished, and even that hadn't been completely demolished.

Contemplating:
Thinking of maybe going to harass John today after work. He does have visitation with his daughter, though. Who knows. Not sure if he'll be home or not. Half tempted to drive back out to monroe to play more Smash Brothers with Scott since nobody would be at home for me to play it with. :-p

HAH! I always come prepared with my demon drink. Not to be confused with green devil bottle juice.
Was lots of fun.

That would be the second of the 2 liters that was finished then. :-p I finished a mountain dew, and you finished a coke. :-p
