WHY BIOWARE!? WHY?!
Because they hate you. Really.
money back? (yes, I am angry!)
Why don't you tell us how you really feel? And try to keep the story consistent.

Dude, you posted this on the day after Christmas. Use the Search feature. Every piddly ass thing you rant about has been discussed a dozen times already with the response of "we know we're working on it/have it fixed in development/it will be in the next patch" or is something that they said "this isn't complete and will be a download later on". Clearly your desire for attention outweighs our desire to not have you in the gene pool.
I would keep going, but it's like picking on a cripple.

Besides. I only let loose like this on Sundays when I'm sleep deprived. :-p
Hey
I think what you are ranting about and the way you are carrying on about this is way more than you should ever get about something like this.. I have worked in tech support and supported several products with users such as this. It's a very unprofessional attitude to take about something like this.
Part of marketing any software and making it popular means you have to again and again overstate things. Even if the person is brain dead it's just part of the business. If someone is that prolific about blasting something they are usually that prolific about voicing how great a game or product is to their friends. In other words "word of mouth" matters.
I met quite a few of the SOE folks this summer in Seattle and I don't think they'd take this kinda user comment that pointedly, and I would remind you it's just an aspect of marketing.
I really hope your live journal has norobots option enabled, because I wouldn't want this kind of a comment to get around that is attributed to you. It doesn't win you brownie points. I agree with your sentiment however, it's probably not appropriate to make a link and have something like that searchable for management to come upon..
Re: Hey
Oh, and the SOE folk? You're right that they wouldn't take those kinds of comments pointedly. In fact, they wouldn't take them at all and would, in fact, ban you from ever playing their game again.
Pretty sure my journal is searchable. Not sure what "management" would see that I have comments like this in my journal.
