Monday Morning Update

Welcome to new reader/readee slvrdream!

Sick Kitty:
One (or more) of our cats decided to get ill yesterday. We aren't sure who did it, but we're guessing it was William, since he doesn't seem to know when to stop eating on his own. Although, the huge pile of cat-barf we found by the kitchen table seems to be larger than William is, but who knows. It's all cleaned up and stuff now and both cats seemed fine last night when I got home from work. They were both fine this morning.

Water Works:
They're installing a water purification system in our apartment complex. It'll take them about a week they say, and we'll have to boil our drinking water in the interim. Screw that. I'll go to Meijer and buy a huge tank of water for the fridge first. :-p I don't have time to wait for water to boil for drinking when I'm thirsty. :-p Plus we'll need water for the kitties, and, again, would need to boil it and then let it cool and then probably filter out anything nasty and then pour it for the kitties. So, again, screw that.

Gaming Stuff:
Probably post up something D&Dish later.

Isn't that the best feeling? Kitty barf between your toes...

That's one of those feelings where you hope around grossed out completely until you can't feel your toes anymore - thus enabling you to clean said kitty barf without further detriment to your sanity.

boiling water takes too long...especially when you wait and wait,

maybe get some bottled water as well to keep around, and it wouldnt be bad for the kitties in the meantime if nothing else you might try that..
