I have been here since 8 am. I have had a grand total of 5 phone calls. One was a wrong number, one was for another tech.

Can I like start throwing things yet??

Woo, sounds like you feel as useless as I do! I've been here since 8:30, and I've had maybe six people call who actually wanted to talk to me. The worst part is when they want to talk to everyone else, I have to get up, walk all the way to where that person is, and inform them of the phone call. To which they usually reply "Take a message for me."

I always bring a book. Or a sketch pad. Or something to keep me from going insane..
