So... Cass was dating Superboy... He's dead... Robin's been trying to re-clone him... She has a fit when she finds out, they're crying and.... liplock...

So now that we know from the above that Superboy will be coming back one way or the other just due to the inherent soap opera of it all... who is he going to be more mad at? Robin for kissing his girlfriend, or Cass for kissing his boyfriend?

Well, yes, that would be the best end to the situation, but I don't think DC is quite that progressive yet. ;)
