So, today is a busy day.

Superman Returns is out on DVD. Shopping must ensue.

Issue 8 of City of Heroes launches today. Must make a Super Hero and/or Villain with some variation of the name "Always"... Because I am crass that way sometimes...

Meijer must be invaded. We're out of soda and milk and could use some grated cheese-style product for pasta.

Then there's all that work stuff that needs doing. Crazy how that happens.

Some day, I'll figure out where I should be going to buy comic books, because I'm starting to get behind on the things I want to read...

There is always the option of Fun4All on Washtenaw. It's prolly a bit out of you way tho. But they're awesome.

That may be where I wind up going. Depends on what else I can find. The place I used to buy comics was at Underworld, and Borders doesn't carry everything that I want to buy, so that's not really an option.

Carl and I usually end up going to Fun4All on Washtenaw just because it's closer to our place and we don't have to worry about downtown A2 traffic/parking. Although we went to Vault of Midnight cause we happened to be at Mongolian and he really liked the store. I guess it may depend on what you want.

Although the vault did have a Skull plushie...

If you're just going to the comic shop to pick up a few random comics, go to Fun for All. They have a good selection and a nice shop. If you want to start a pull, I go to Stadium Cards and Comics in Ypsi. They give a better discount for subscribers and also includes a discount on supplies and graphic novels. (Fun for All does not.) Also, Stadium has some of the best customer service I know of.

Despite being sick as heck, I'm heading out in a little bit to get a copy of Superman Returns and Superman II: The Donner Cut, which also comes out today.

Hey! Today is Mombosa Society, that game get-together at Jarrod's. Give me a call if your interested in joining us. If you've started playing WoW TCG, bring your cards as they'll be a couple of us there with cards.

Also, I've got people coming by on Wednesday to play some WoW. You're invited as well. I didn't know you were getting in to the game. Last I heard, you were trying to avoid the newest crack. ;)

Sadly I work at 4pm today. My Saturdays are toast because of my work schedule. Otherwise I'd totally come today.

Wednesday is definitely a possibility. Probably not going to pick up the card game, but may think about it. Heh. If I get a turtle Loot card I could always e-bay it for $200, after all.
