Supergirl:
We've done a 360 out of the stalker boyfriend plot into the "Kara is more fucked up in the head than a television executive" plot. And, apparently, we're making a side-trip into "Welcome to the Multiverse" metaplots. Snark aside, the two most recent issues are pretty damn good. Kara's secret origin is finally made clear (and we discover that she and her family nearly did wind up tossed into the Phantom Zone), and we're going to get a resolution to the psychosis that has been the past couple years of her life. Now, having the alternate version of Supergirl show up (whose look is based on the Pre-Crisis on Infinite Earths Supergirl) is just going to give us another loop to play with. I'm thinking that our Kara earth-hopped, but I'm not sure. I'm not too keen on the new artist, but it looks like we're getting another new one soon anyway.

Teen Titans:
What the hell was that? I just read the last two issues of the Titans East story arc and, yeah, what the hell was that? And we all know what's up with Duela, so we all know what's up with the next issue (barring some other surprise), and I already posted what's up with the roster, so yeah. The fight scenes were great, and Duela was awesome in a box, but the plot? The point? THE FUCK? Okay whatever, repress the memories and move on. Artwork was choppy as all get out.

Superman:
Emoman. Between his thing in Supergirl and this, Supes is going more Emo than ever. Granted, this storyline looks freaking awesome. Loved the artwork. LOVED IT! It's a good storyline, it was a good issue. My problem is reading it after reading Supergirl was just a bit much. :-p Power Girl's appearance at the beginning of the issue cracked me up, too.

Birds of Prey:
This was good. Funny and good. I need the next issue now, though, because it really didn't seem like enough happened in this issue. I'm going to be sad to see Gail leave this book, but then I'll be able to pick Wonder Woman back up, so all will be well in the world.

That's all I got for now.

I get the impression from the most recent issue of Supergirl that the most recent "revelations" about Kara's father are lies. The particular part I'm thinking of was the two shadowy figures talking about her. I think one called the other "Zor-El", including the quotes, which makes me think that someone's manipulating Kara's mind/memory. I'm guessing it's *yawn* Saturn Queen and the Red Son Elseworlds Superman we saw at the end of the (IMO) execrable Kandor arc.

I've also seen speculation that the second Supergirl we saw at the end is the version who's been running around in LSH. Apparently (I don't read that title), that version of Kara is sweet and friendly, unlike the one in her own title.

At the end of 52, when Kara came back to Earth, we saw her split in two. One part flew off into space, and then the other one fell to Earth. It's possible the one who flew off to Space is this other Supergirl, but I doubt it. I think this one is one of the ones from the other Earths out there and that our Supergirl is the one who was with the Legion.

And Kal-El from Kandor wasn't Red Son Elseworlds Superman, he was Earth 3 (Owlman reference). The shadowy figure appeared to be female, but didn't appear to be the Saturn Queen, unless she's donned spiky shoulderpads. I think she's still in Kandor. I actually quite enjoyed the Kandor arc, I just didn't like that it ended so abruptly and with no follow-up.

I don't remember seeing anyone other than Kara has mention the name Zor-El in her book. We already know that Darkseid messed with her head, and her flashback memories were in progress before the OYL jump.
