The other day I made a nice dill and roasted red pepper bechemel.

It's a nice way to use up milk. :)

We didn't wind up having anything super fancy. A super-cheesy casserole was our answer. And I still don't think we're going to make it through the gallon of milk that is yet unopened in our fridge. :-p
