Stuff to Do

jdotmiI don't really have a lot to update about. Well, I suppose I do, but I really don't. Yes, that makes sense. Honest!
In just over two weeks, we will be beginning the process to move into a new apartment. Well, new to us. Basically, we're moving across the parking lot into a 3-bedroom apartment with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
carebear_flare. My rent will go from $924/month to $680/month. So not complaining. And I'm taking the master bedroom. ^_^ We're not putting down any extra deposit, and we're not paying pro-rated rent between the two places for the two weeks we have both. Only thing I need to do is call the phone company, gas company, and cable company to schedule our utilities getting moved over. satyr_mi needs to call the electric company since the electric is in his name.
Hopefully, this move will involve several trips to the dumpster to get rid of old crap. We have a TV that doesn't currently work, but just needs a simple repair to work, that we won't get repaired because we replaced it instead of getting it fixed. It's a nice TV, but it looks like we're going to toss it at this point. Well, I want to toss it at this point, because I want my freakin' closet back, but hey. This will be the first move for the kitties. They're going to be SO confused. There will be too many rooms and they'll be all backwards and stuff.
In other news, the Spice Girls are back.

Maybe I'll FINALLY get to meet carebear_flare. Ooh, just thought about that...Carl might go after him if he's huggable. But then again, someone has to videotape... >:P
