That is Psychademica, my Mind Control/Empathy Controller on Virtue. Just hit 14 with her last night and got Fly (and dropped a Soaring End/Flight Speed IO in it). She's my most recent character addiction on that game. Heh. At some point I'll make an Icon of her and add it to my list o' toon icons.
