Video Gaming Bliss

I'm picking up Too Human on the way home today as my local Best Buy didn't get their shipment of it yesterday (usually the way it goes here, actually). I'm very excited on the one hand. On the other, I have a TON of other games I'm still playing/trying to play/would love to finish.

The plus sides? A single play through of the game takes 15 to 20 hours (pretty short). Also, while early reviews were a bit lackluster, the reviews that took their time seem to be giving it good scores. And the word of mouth from those who actually bought and played it has been mostly positive so far.

I keep staying up too late at night playing Civilization IV. I have only finished one actual game since I got back into it. I think I need to work on that a bit. Heh.

Okay, back to work for me. I've got lots I want to post about and am way too hyper for my own good.

I always want to burst into the backrooms at Gamestop the weekend before a big release of something like Lich King. You know there they probably have dozens of cases sitting there waiting. :)

I know that if I worked there that next weeks releases would be going home with me early, like it does at video stores. I worked at one for a little while growing up, VHS days, and got to watch everything before it actually came out. Only perk from that store.

Too Human is in my chubby hands, haven't had a chance to pop it in yet though.
