holy crap it's winter, get in the car!

Winter needs to go away. I mean it. It needs to not be winter now. It is freezing cold, the roads coming in were icy and nasty, and we passed a lovely three car accident that happened within 5 to 10 minutes of us passing them. Really. Winter? So over it now.

Three day work week! Yay! Didn't buy any Christmas presents this year again. :( But we got satyr_mi's car fixed, so I don't feel too horrible about that. I'm still waiting on one of the books I bought my cousin to arrive, though. The USPS sat on it in Maryland for a week before it showed up in Detroit. Now I'm just waiting for it to be delivered. Preferrably today.

The face of one of the drawers in our kitchen fell off this morning when I went to get sandwich bags out. It just came right off. x_x I have to call the office when I have my break time to get them to fix it. I'm not sure how salvageable the drawer is, but ugh. At least it wasn't the silverware drawer or something.

I'm back in City of Heroes! This is good and bad. Bad because while I may be back in CoH, I'm still focusing more time in WoW. I got my Shaman up to 22 and all. And my Warlock to 36. And I started working on my Death Knight again. Then there was a queue so I went and got my main VEAT through a mission in City and was scared by the Patrol XP bonus that gave her 4 bubbles from one mission at 22. o_o For those who could folllow that entire paragraph and understand it, I fear for your sanity.

Okay, time to assign out some more work to others.

Heh, I'm back in CoH too. In my case though, it's because some local friends convinced my best friend to try it for the first time. So I'm back on to play with them. At some point though, I need to get my hero main up to 50 finally so I have the option of making a peacebringer/warshade.

VEAT is what, villain epic archetype? I'm not quite up on the lingo anymore...

Thank goodness for Patrol XP. Maybe it means I'll be able to level my 47 controller to max without too much pain *g*

Yeah VEAT is Villain epic. In particular mine is a Widow right now.

I like Peacebringers and Warshades. Warshades more than Peacebringers, but I still haven't been able to force myself to play any of my heroes for any length of time. Heh.

Not even close for me. Heh. My 50's are a MA/Regen Scrapper and a Necro/Dark Mastermind. I really like the villain side missions and layout. Heroside is too much running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

To be fair, I never got a villain above 15 or 20 (I forget). He is/was an energy/energy brute if memory serves. I'm not a big fan of full pet classes in MMO's, so the mastermind's not really for me. Though I do still like my 45 grav/rad controller's Singularity :)

Heh. We're supposed to be above freezing on Christmas. It's the freezing rain we're expecting on Christmas Eve that bothers me...
