So, like, we spent $700 fixing
satyr_mi's car this weekend. We also got all of our bills paid to current. And we managed to buy food for the week, will be able to buy food for next week, and are in no danger of not making rent payments this month.
Wow. It's been a very very very long time since that's happened. (Wow, I remember us still having people over for gaming that weekend because, ya know, we needed the weekend to not suck.)
Of course, snarky me couldn't help but point out that if we didn't have to do car repair this weekend we coulda bought a Wii. Or a shiny new 42" HDTV.
