Ugh ugh ugh!

Nothing quite beats waking up in the morning and looking forward to a nice warm shower than the discovery that there is no running water in your entire apartment. Good times. Good times.

So, yeah. Woke up this morning to a complete lack of running water. So, satyr_mi and I got up, got dressed, made our lunches, and meandered on in to work an hour early. Yeah. Got breakfast and now am waiting until I can go punch in to begin my day.

Did I mention the no running water? Yeah. That means no shower. I feel greasy as hell right now. This is not a happy moment for me.

In other news, Dollhouse 1.3 was pretty good. Not as good as 1.2, but better than 1.1 was. And Eliza can sing, who knew?

Latest video game addiction? Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope. Fun fun game. Addictive game. Urge to kill little chibi mage with the incredibly doped up voice rising...

ewww ugh. :( sorry hon. that sucks when you're out of water. See if you can use the sinks in the building to give your face a wash and brush your teeth. That will help a lot.

Yeah. Some terrible thing caused her to stop growing and all that from what the guide says. I suppose I shouldn't complain too much. I've PLAYED that exact character many many times. Her voice just sounds like she's baked, though, which is my main annoyance with her.

Actually I'm so with you. I HATE when I can't shower for whatever reason. I just don't feel right all day long. Here's hoping that you got home tonight and all was well in the liquid world.

Still have to catch up on Dollhouse. We missed EP1 but I can watch it online, and we've DVRed the rest.

According to the office, water was back on by 8am. First thing I did when I got home was showered. Heh.

I've watched every episode at least once via my Tivo and the first two I've also watched on Hulu. I need to rewatch ep3 on Hulu now. I'm probably going to put up a post with a bit more of my thoughts on the show. I think it's really really good, so we'll see.
