I so did not want to wake up this morning. But I did. Cuz the kitties were staging a revolution and I decided I actually needed to eat. So I convinced the cats that they were not alone in the house and convinced some eggs to cook. Well, okay, I forced the latter issue with a frying pan, some butter, and some toast, but you get the idea.

Beyond that, I discovered that the downloadable content for Dragon Age finally came out so I got that (already had enough points) and played it. It was a bit short. And by "a bit short" I mean 40 minutes later I was like "that was it?" Ah well, new shinies and some fun fights at least. I also spent some quality time with Wii Sports Resort. Did a lot of bowling and a bit of archery. And, of course, I spent far too much time with Sims 3.

Two more days of vacation to go!

I got woken up myself today as well. For the first time in, well I have no idea how long, I slept past 8am. Damn pharmacy called about a prescription being ready, as opposed to emailing me (like the do every other time). Grumbles. Didn't help that I went to bed at 4 AM. :)

Ever look into Borderlands? Really, really fun game. It could use some polish, for sure, but man it's fun. Hellgate (different theme and story) done right I guess is a good way to describe it.

I actually borrowed Borderlands from a friend. Haven't played it yet as Dragon Age had eaten my brain, and it has now regurgitated it into the Sims. But soon. Really. Heh.

It's a fun game, lots of fun. Perfect? Nah, not close, but fun enough to be worth the play. Borrow it for PC or console? PC I hope, as it's a shooter and how can you aim without a Mouse?!?!? :)
