Houston, we have a problem

So... There's this game coming out tomorrow. But I can't decide what system to buy it for. It's so shiny... this one or that one. And definitely this one.

But I must be good and wait until Friday when I get paid. Really. And I definitely will not be looking to see which stores are opening at midnight tonight to sell it. Really.

I say PS3. That way you won't have a Red Ring in the middle of your game. ;)

Crazily enough, I'm on my 3rd 360 and haven't had a red ring. :-p First one had the video crap out less than a year after getting it (thank god for extended warranty via Best Buy). Second one had the DVD drive die less than 3 weeks after getting it. Third one, we got money back for, two free games, and it's worked fine since we got it (swapped the one with the bad dvd drive for this one and kept our old hard drive.)

Of course, I'm thinking PS3 because I'm betting it will look better on it than it will on the 360 anyway. But I don't have a huge network of friends on my PS3 like I do on my 360. Sure it's a network of 6 people, but hey!

I won't be getting FF13 until a little while later (money issues). My "game of the month" is reserved for Pokemon already. And you are right, it will most likely look better on PS3 simply because of storage space if nothing else. I'm never that worried about multiplayer options because 9 times out of 10, I don't multiplay. Unless I was with friends, I just don't enjoy listening to strangers bitch and moan while I'm trying to play. lol

Yeah I'm one of those "MMO! Woot! Sorry, I solo, go away" types. And I've never done multiplayer on my xbox, I just chat with people on it. And compare dick size, er, I mean achievements.

My plan on this one has been PS3 since it was announced. Even when it got announced they were porting it to the 360 as well. It'll be my first real game on my PS3. Even though I've owned the PS3 for a freaking year now. Heh.
