Just Another Manic Monday
Wow, I've already been productive today! Concept!
Woke up about 6:15 this morning. Yeah, I know, way too fucking early. Anyway, woke up, dragged my sorry ass out of bed, and (are you ready for this?) worked out for 10 minutes.

No, I'm not ill.
I did some light aerobics for about 10 minutes this morning after I got up. Need to find a different CD to listen to while doing it though. I love the Buffy musical and all, but the music is too damn slow to work out to.
Going to try to do this every morning this week, but not on weekends. Going to try to do this every morning next week, too. Here's to hoping.
So, onto the daily food grind. I did some grocery shopping yesterday, so my meals are going to be pretty much all home-cooked this week if I have any say in the matter. I even packed myself a lunch!
Breakfast:
1 serving of Total Raisin Bran with Skim Milk (I used the serving size on the box, which actually comes out nicely to one cereal bowl full of food, I was surprised)
1 small glass of Orange Juice
1 banana
Cost: Groceries - I'll get into that receipt later
Snacky when I got to work:
1 bottle of Diet Pepsi ($1.00)
Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich on White (2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of kraft swiss cheese, small amount of miracle whip)
Baggy of baby carrots (about 16 fo them)
Chewy Granola Bar (chocolate chunk)
Bottle of Water (free cuz I just refilled my Diet Pepsi bottle from this morning)
Dinner:
Chicken sandwich with lettuce, mayo, and swiss cheese
Steak fries
3 glasses of water, 2 glasses of Diet Pepsi
Cost: $11.00 (incl tip)
